CRESWICK TOWN HALL CONDITIONS SURVEY
Site Address: 70-72 Albert Street, CRESWICK.
Council is seeking a suitably experienced and qualified Heritage Architect to:
• Prepare a Building Condition Report for Creswick Town Hall to provide clear prioritised
direction for future works, access to be provided by HSC;
• Option: Concept plan to make change rooms at rear of stage more useable if funds permit
with allowance for 1x consultation visit with stakeholders;
• Option: Dimensionalised Plans for entire building inside and out, access to be provided by HSC;
Inspections can be made in advance and by appointment;
