The works shall comprise of the redevelopment of an existing single storey face brickwork building. Construction will include a new extension with upgraded facilities throughout the existing building this will include any power, water, sewer and rainwater collection as detailed on the working drawings and directions of all Authorities having jurisdiction over all or any part of the works and further instruction given during the contract period by the Superintendent or Principal.
