Hepburn Shire Council invites quotations from suitably qualified and experienced Contractors to undertake turf renovation works including solid tyne aerating, top dressing and scarifying at various sporting grounds throughout the Shire. These works will be undertaken at different times throughout the year to coincide with the needs of individual sporting seasons. Although intended to be awarded in a single contract, items within this RFQ shall be treated as separable portions. Hepburn Shire Council may elect to perform some of the activities, including material supply in-house.
