Hepburn Shire Council is seeking submissions from suitably qualified Contractors to be pre-approved for works within Council's Infrastructure Department for Scheduled & Unscheduled Tree Removal, & Maintenance within Hepburn Shire for a nominated term period of two (02) years with a one (01) year option for extension (by mutual agreement).
Works may include but are not limited to:
• Scheduled and unscheduled/emergency pruning or removal of trees in Council's designated streets, reserves, gardens, Avenues of Honour and Council owned and/or managed facilities.
• Pruning to maintain sight and infrastructure clearances.
• Tree crown maintenance, crown lifting, crown thinning.
• Formative pruning, pathogenic organism removal.
• Stump grubbing and dead tree removal.
• Cyclic pruning of trees.
