Council is seeking the services of a suitably qualified Architect or Draftsperson to deliver the following:
3 x Basic Packages of works suitable to tender, construct and obtain relevant permits from:
Package A - Hepburn Kindergarten Inclusive Upgrade and Extension;
Package B - DCCC* Kindergarten Inclusive Upgrade;
Package C - Creswick Kindergarten Inclusive Upgrade;
Tenders to construct will be in the format of the following:
Package A;
Packages B & C combined;
*DCCC - Daylesford Community Child Care
