Hepburn Shire Council is seeking a proven lead consultant to undertake this project with either a multi-disciplinary team of experts or their own in-house experts to align with the work already undertaken in 2019 by Macedon Ranges Shire Council.
The project is to deliver detailed and costed concept plans that have considered various options to develop preferred and realistic options that have in-principle approval of land management authorities and as required land owners and have factored in cultural heritage, environmental and other relevant considerations.
The project is to provide realistic components at a stage that are “project ready” and meets the criteria for funding by State and/or Federal Governments.
