The Hepburn Pavilion Project is being developed by the Hepburn Shire Council and Hepburn Football Netball Club, in partnership with the Victorian Government, the Australian Football League, Netball Victoria and AFL Victoria.
This project is co-funded as part of the Victorian Government Country Football Netball Program 2019-2020 to provide more inclusive football facilities for players and umpires of both genders.
Council are seeking a suitably qualified and experienced commercial builder to complete the project, which will accommodate new changerooms, toilets, showers, umpire rooms and duty room.
The successful tenderer will provide a submission which satisfies all the evaluation criteria, and may be required to be interviewed by a panel of evaluators.
