The Hepburn Shire Council (The Shire) seeks to appoint a consultant for the services of experienced, innovative and outcome-driven Community Engagement consultants. The Consultant/s will engage the Hepburn Shire community to inform the development of key documents required as part of the Integrated Strategic Planning Project.
Genuine community engagement incorporating deliberative engagement practices will help the Hepburn Shire build a comprehensive understanding of community needs and expectations, develop and deliver strategic priorities and key decisions, and enable strong leadership to represent the community and govern in a responsive, open and accountable manner.
The Hepburn Shire strives to identify and understand community aspirations, strengths, ideas and challenges, as well as what the community values about life in the area (now and into the future) and to do this by a strategically targeted processes for community engagement.
