The Hepburn Shire Council (Principal) is seeking tenders from suitably qualified contractors for the performance of the services described in the draft Contracts, comprising:
• the “Collections Services” described in the Kerbside and Public Bin Collection and Landfill Waste Disposal Contract (Collections Contract); and
• the “Recyclables Services” described in the Recyclables Acceptance and Sorting Services (Recyclables Contract),
within the Principal’s municipal area.
TERM OF CONTRACTS
The Contract Term for both draft Contracts shall be:
• for the Collections Contract, 5 years with an option for Principal to extend the Contract Term (at its sole discretion) for two periods of one year each; and
• for the Recyclables Contract, 3 years with an option for Principal to extend the Contract Term (at its sole discretion) for two periods of one year each.
