Hepburn Shire Council’s infrastructure dept requires the services of Conservation Architects for several uses relating to remediation and development of many of its heritage listed buildings.
This panel of prospective suppliers may be called on to quote for the provision of services such as Building Condition Reports, Heritage Impact Statements (HIS), Conservation Management Plans (CMP), Heritage design services, specialist sub-consultants (ie Conservator, hygienist, historian, accessibility, archaeologist), Heritage Victoria Permit applications , consultation and advice ,site visits and general advice relating to heritage building matters.
Prospective suppliers will need to satisfy mandatory evaluation criteria and provide evidence of works on heritage buildings of some significance including building condition surveys and reports to be included in this panel.
The duration of the contract is to be 2 + 1 + 1 years with an option to reprice yearly upon request.
