Hepburn Shire Council has allocated funding, in their 21/22 annual infrastructure program, to reseal and final seal of approx. 28km of roads across the Shire.
As part of the scoping Council Officers have identified around 1,600m2 of stabilise patching required prior to reseals.
Scope of works to include:
• Mobilisation and demobilisation from sites
• Project, QA, environmental and traffic management
• Rework of the existing pavement and stabilise with 3% cement and compaction to depth of 150mm.
• Seal with a HBCE 70 - High Bitumen Content Emulsion Double Coat Spray Seal 7mm Stone
