• Quarry St Reserve Shelter & Toilet
• Glenlyon Hall Public Toilets
• Victoria Park Daylesford Toilet
• Hammon Park Toilet
– BUILDING CONTRACTOR
The tenderers may tender for one, all or any number of the sites as they feel appropriate. They may also submit tenders with different construction methodologies/materials (offsite build, prefab build, etc.) as long as the methodology is fully documented and the design layout is consistent with these documents and relevant building standards.
They will be responsible for all the works associated with the refurbishment or construction of new Toilet Block/s, Disability access compliant pathway/s and/or external works as detailed in Architectural and Structural Design documentation and Project Specification.
