Refurbishment of Wombat Hill Conservatory / Glasshouse
- Replace the existing 3mm float glass on roof, roof end gables, high wall windows and some wall with 4mm Grade A toughened safety glass.
- Replace the existing louvres with 5mm Grade A toughened safety glass
- Install two cross beams inside the glasshouse for structural support. Refer attached engineering drawings.
- Install safety wire mesh. Refer attached engineering drawings.
- Repair existing verandah polycarbonate sheets with new sheets.
- No public access to the inside of Conservatory. Only Council staff will be able to access
