The Bullarto Railway Station Building is located at Station Road, Bullarto.
The Station Building is located on VicTrack owned land and leased to the Daylesford Spa Country Railway (DSCR).
The Bullarto Railway Station project will see the removal of the current station building (by others prior to the commencement of this contract) and construction of a station building to replicate the original station building. DDA and ambulant amenities will be added to the station building and the precinct enhanced by the inclusion of the platform gardens and fencing to the south-eastern end of the platform.
This project forms a part of the broader aspirations of the DSCR and aims to expand the unique tourist product offered through the current vintage rail that operates between Daylesford and Bullarto. The nine kilometre railway operates railmotors through the picturesque Wombat State Forest from Daylesford to Bullarto.
