In 2020 a building condition survey was completed by Andronas Conservation Architecture which produced a prioritised report focusing on issues with these two buildings’ fabric and surrounds. Following this, in Feb 2021 a report was compiled by Mark Hodkinson – Structural Engineer which, coupled with the condition report and a drainage inspection, provided Council an informed approach to the conservation of these structures. Andronas Conservation Architecture subsequently provided the design and specification for this Stage 1 - opportunity.
