A public Expression of Interest (EOI) process is being undertaken to seek a suitably qualified organisation to activate and manage the out of school hours community use of the Daylesford Arts, Recreation and Cultural Centre (The ARC) under a 3 + 2 years' Service Agreement.
The ARC is part of the Daylesford Secondary College, Smith Street, Daylesford. The spaces within the ARC that are to be managed under the Services Agreement include 3 indoor multi-lined highball courts, squash courts, canteen/kitchen, office, storage spaces and user amenities.
An existing Joint Use Agreement between Hepburn Shire Council, The Daylesford Secondary College and Department of Education and Training Victoria is in place to manage the out of school hours community use of this facility.
Council will delegate the authority of managing and activating the out of school hours community use of the ARC through an awarded Services Agreement.
