Hepburn Shire Council is seeking tenders from qualified suppliers for the supply of an electronic signature software platform in order to replace the current practice of signing of documents that Council has in place.
The current practice Council applies in the execution of the documents is by using wet-ink signatures. In order to improve efficiency and effectiveness in execution of the documents Council has decided to transition to ink-and paper-free practice with electronic signatures that will secure the digitalisation of agreements and other legal documents and transactions.
