Supply of consultancy services for the preparation of a urban design framework and neighbourhood character assessments for Creswick, Clunes, Daylesford/Hepburn Springs, Trentham and Glenlyon
For each of the shire’s five key townships, to undertake and deliver:
• urban design reviews;
• urban design frameworks; and
• neighbourhood character assessments (including tree canopy)
to inform the structure planning process and support future planning scheme amendments to the Hepburn Planning scheme.
