Council undertakes a variety of capital projects, including numerous smaller scale projects for which design services are often below price thresholds for public tender procurement.
In order to maximise the competitiveness of procurement for design services in these circumstances, Hepburn Shire Council is requesting suitably qualified and experienced parties register on a panel of design service providers.
