The supplier will be expected to highlight and facilitate discussion where business decisions are required to inform available options. The supplier will also highlight areas where further investigation is required and/or provide recommendations on solution options in line with Council’s business requirements.
As the preferred supplier, you will be expected to work within internal project resources and timeframes to ensure smooth and effective planning, implementation and change process.
• Reduce manual workflow tasks
• Streamline day-to-day operation for all staff within the Statutory Planning Department
• Improve the customer experience for both internal and external customers and stakeholders.
• Provide training and documentation for relevant Hepburn Shire Council staff.
• Work within statutory requirements of the Planning and Environment Act 1987
The supplier shall work with the Systems Improvement Officer - Statutory Planning (in person or remotely) to discuss future system requirements knowing that the future state for statutory planning is to provide an end-to-end online process which utilises P&R.
