Hepburn Shire Council, in collaboration with neighbouring municipalities is seeking to engage the services of a qualified consultant to review, analyse and providing recommendations on Councils' management of light fleets. The analysis will include, but not be limited to, various aspects including life cycles costs, leasing opportunities, salary package values and benchmarking. The consultant will be required to liaise with all 5 partnering municipalities including Macedon Ranges Shire Council, Central Goldfields Shire Council, Gannawarra Shire Council & Buloke Shire Council to understand the specifics of their organisation as part of the project.
