Hepburn Shire Council seeks proposals from consultants to assess the potential redevelopment of the Daylesford Town Hall site into an accessible community facilities hub inclusive of:
• A modest community library with customer service space and meeting rooms.
• A multi-purpose performance and events space.
• Refurbishment of all remaining areas of the building and surrounds.
• Other inclusions that are to be determined through stakeholder and community engagement.

The project is to be delivered across three stages including feasibility and schematic design, detailed design and construction documentation, and construction administration. Council intends to initially appoint the Consultant to undertake Stage 1: Feasibility and Schematic Design, with options to enact the additional stages if desired.

Tender responses are to provide detailed price options for the delivery of the entire project, covering all stages.
