To perform valuations of Council's land and building assets for financial reporting purposes over a four-year period with the expectation that year 1 and year 3 will be full inspections, and year2 and 4 to be undertaken as desktop exercises. There is the requirement for each inspection/desktop exercise to be completed and reported prior to 31 May of each financial year.
