Council seeks a suitably qualified consultant (and/or a consortium of specialist consultants) to undertake a detailed feasibility and business case on the future provision of sport and recreation in Clunes. The Project includes an analysis of both the existing Clunes Recreation Reserve (Bull Milgate) and (new) consolidated sports (greenfield) site which is to include:
- Further site feasibility and assessment of the existing Bull Milgate (Clunes Recreation) Reserve and the four identified proposed potential greenfield sites.
- Development of site Masterplan/s for a consolidated sports (greenfield) site/s for up to four proposed potential sites.
- Preparation of an opinion of probable costs of the infrastructure delivery including project planning, design, and delivery model for all identified sites and review of costs for the Bull Milgate (Clunes Recreation Reserve) working draft Masterplan and
- Development of a concept design and cost plan for a best practice multipurpose pavilion that would be located within a new consolidated sports site.
