Change of use from two existing storage compartments into a conditioned office and server room.
• Compliance upgrade to existing mezzanine and staircase
• Extension of mezzanine to form extended office and airlock underneath
• All insulation, linings, fixtures and finishes
• All GPO’s and lighting – connection to existing sub board within space
• New window – metal to match existing building Colourbond - awning with lockable winder and metal insect screen
• HVAC – Council has a panel supplier allocated to install HVAC as part of the contract– see pricing schedule attachments – Appendix – Quote_QT00660 and Appendix – Quote_QT00661
o Server room: 2x DAIKIN CORA FTXV46W 4.6kW Reverse Cycle Split System Air Conditioner
o Office space: 1x DAIKIN CORA FTXV35W 3.5kW Reverse Cycle Split System Air Conditioner
