UPGRADES


Scope of works
1. Renew the roof complete with all roof plumbing including roof battens, gutter boards, box
gutters, eaves gutters, fasciae and rainwater heads - as documented
2. The checking and refixing of all roof framing
3. The construction of a plant platform
4. Design and construct a roof access safety system
5. The repair and reconstruction of rendered parapets, weathering’s, cornices and copings, etc.,
the orbs atop the parapet and the balustrading to the front façade. (Note one of the orbs was
removed and is stored at the Shire depot)
6. The repairs to render on the front porch lintels and treatment of the rusting iron lintel
bars.
7. Repairs to the chimney tops.
8. The provision of safe access within the roof space.
9. The cleaning and protection of the skylight.
10. Investigate and install appropriate bird proofing.
11. Paint.
