Hepburn Shire Council seeks to develop a panel of supplier to help us implement the following Technology One modules on the CiA platform:

• Finance: Contracts, Grants
• Assets
• Works
• Customer Requests
• Community Safety
• Regulatory/Property and Rating
• Other modules as required.

The Council anticipates an expenditure of approximately $450,000 over the next three years to complete the implementation of these modules. We aim to establish a strong partnership with the successful panel of suppliers to ensure the successful completion of this project.

The initial focus will be on the implementation of the Assets, Works, and Contracts modules. Following this, the priority will shift to Customer Requests, Community Safety, and Regulatory/Property and Rating. Of course, this order may change with priorities of Council and the Executive team.

We are seeking daily rates for all services available, including by not limited to project management and implementation consultants.
