Due to end of life, modernisation works are required on a lift situated within the Hepburn Bathhouse building located at Mineral Springs Reserve, Hepburn, VIC, 3461.
Following items have reached a critical stage:
- Safety brakes will not operate, or only intermittently.
- Map panel which is used to remotely control the lift in safety or service situations has stopped functioning.
- Critical Bearings are seizing or damaged.
- Door Slipper Guides are significantly rusted.
