HSC wish to purchase two workgroup servers with the following specifications –
• Hardware requirements for each of the two servers -
o Tower Form Factor Server (Tier 1 Hardware)
o Intel Quad Core Xeon E3 3.4Ghz 8M cache processor or better
o 32 Gb RAM
o No hard drive but hot swap hard drive bays may be used at a later date
o “Enterprise” remote management card (remote boot/console/management capability with SD Card for ESXi OS)
o Quad Port Gb Ethernet card or better
o DVD Drive
o Dual Hot Swap Redundant power supplies
o 3 yr 9 x 5 x NBD parts & labour warranty
o No OS
