Occupational Therapy Services
Provision of Occupational Therapy (OT) Services to Hepburn Shire Council clients. This time will be inclusive of planning and face to face client service provision. This must include the provision of clinical supervision and support for an Occupational Therapist.
The Occupational Therapist will be based at Council offices and work across the Shire.
Request for hourly rate for services.
