Expressions of Interest are invited from suitably qualified and experienced people or businesses for a licence to operate the Paddle Boat Hire (Boat Hire) from the jetty with its own entrance at the rear of the Boathouse Cafe (Cafe).
The Cafe and jetty are located in the Lake Daylesford Mineral Springs Reserve. This Reserve is a Crown Land Reserve for Mineral Springs and Ornamental Lake for which Council is the appointed Committee of Management. With Ministerial consent, Council has the right to licence the premises with powers contained within the Crown Land (Reserves) Act 1978.
