Development of Master Plan of Recreation Facilities within Hepburn Shire in two stages - Stage 1 Hepburn Shire Council is seeking to undertake facility master planning for all sites. Site plans are required to be developed to identify future needs. Where practicable facilities will enhance sharing of space These major facility master plans are to drive development into the future.
Stage 2 Hepburn Shire Council is requiring concept designs and plans completed and linked to each specific major facility master plan. Concept drawings are required to be costed. Concept drawing per site will be identified in priority order determining level of drawings.
