Hepburn Shire Council (based in Daylesford, Central Victoria) requires the services of a suitably experienced online IT database and system developer/analyst to scope, develop and implement extensions to Council’s existing Knack (www.knack.com) online browser-based database.
Hepburn is seeking to engage consultant(s) to support it to achieve two key improvements:
1. Multi-Council Roll-Out: Scope and then update its core Knack database to enable multi-council use of the system.
2. Time and Attendance System Development and Roll-Out: Hepburn and a Partner Council seek to jointly develop a revised Time and Attendance System in the Knack system to further leverage the system developed to date.
