Hort Innovation is a not-for-profit, grower-owned Research and Development Corporation (RDC) for Australia’s $9 billion horticulture industry. Hort Innovation invests around $100 million in research and development (R&D) and marketing programs annually to provide benefit to industry and the wider community.
Hort Innovation is seeking a suitably qualified, experienced and capable delivery partner for the project: Alternative disinfestation for market access for crops affected by tomato potato psyllid (VG17015).
The objectives of the services being sought are to conduct research into alternative disinfestation treatments, and produce acceptable data packages and report, to support trade from Western Australia of fresh produce impacted by tomato potato psyllid (TPP).
This work will ensure continuity of supply of Australian vegetables to consumers and containment of TPP to the current distribution range.
