Request for Proposal: Management of foliar bacterial diseases in vegetables (VG22001)
Hort Innovation is a not-for-profit, grower-owned research and development corporation (RDC) for Australia’s $15.1 billion horticulture industry. Hort Innovation invests around $120 million in research and development (R&D) and marketing programs annually to provide benefit to industry and the wider community.
Hort Innovation is seeking a suitably qualified, experienced, and capable delivery partner for the project: Management of foliar bacterial diseases in vegetables (VG22001).
The project is aligned with the vegetable industry Strategic Investment Plan, with the intent to improve management of pests and diseases through a proactive and prepared industry.
The proposed project will aim to develop knowledge to improve management of bacterial diseases by conducting on farm and nursery trials. The overall aim of these trials is to reduce the onset and spread of major bacterial diseases by incorporating integrated disease management approaches including early detection tools as well as cultural and curative management approaches.
Hort Innovation has prepared a Request for Proposal (RFP) document that provides background information, outlines the scope of services, the procurement process and the information required from interested parties.
