Request for Proposal: Growing almond leaders
Horticulture Innovation Australia (Hort Innovation) is a not-for-profit, grower-owned Research and Development Corporation (RDC) for Australia’s $16.3 billion horticulture industry. Hort Innovation invests around $120 million in research and development (R&D) and marketing programs annually to provide benefit to industry and the wider community.
Hort Innovation is seeking a suitably qualified, experienced and capable delivery partner for the project: Growing almond leaders (AL23003).
The objective of the services being sought is to equip and encourage emerging and aspiring Australian almond industry leaders with the right knowledge and skills, confidence and opportunities to enter industry leadership roles through development and delivery of a leadership course.
The Almond Strategic Investment Advisory Panel has endorsed the development and piloting of a leadership program that meets the needs of the Australian almond industry. This new investment would include a supply chain awareness and industry onboarding opportunity that offers participants an introduction to the research, production, market and policy environment in which the industry operates.
Hort Innovation has prepared a Request for Proposal (RFP) document that provides background information, outlines the scope of services, the procurement process and the information required from interested parties.
