Request for Proposal: Valuing the Australian vegetable and onion industries' sustainability story (MT24003).
Horticulture Innovation Australia (Hort Innovation) is a not-for-profit, grower-owned Research and Development Corporation (RDC) for Australia’s $16.3 billion horticulture industry. Hort Innovation invests around $154 million in research and development (R&D) and marketing programs annually to provide benefit to industry and the wider community.
Hort Innovation is seeking a suitably qualified, experienced and capable delivery partner for the project: Valuing the Australian vegetable and onion industries' sustainability story (MT24003).
The key objectives of this project are to:
• Support key audiences to value the Australian vegetable and onion industries’ sustainability performance through the collation and purposeful sharing of existing evidence and stories. The primary audience is industry's first point of sale (retailer / customer) the secondary audience are growers to validate their current practices against or demonstrate the potential opportunities or learnings. The tertiary audience is the general public and Government.
• Document the gaps in the Australian vegetable and onion industries’ sustainability performance and develop an actionable plan to remedy those gaps. This gap analysis will be used to inform further investment and action.
Hort Innovation has prepared a Request for Proposal (RFP) document that provides background information, outlines the scope of services, the procurement process and the information required from interested parties.
