Request for Proposal: CH24002 Chestnut Industry Communications and Extension Program
Horticulture Innovation Australia (Hort Innovation) is a not-for-profit, grower-owned Research and Development Corporation (RDC) for Australia’s $17 billion horticulture industry. Hort Innovation invests around $154 million in research and development (R&D) and marketing programs annually to provide benefit to industry and the wider community.
Hort Innovation is seeking a suitably qualified, experienced and capable delivery partner for the project: Chestnut Industry Communications and Extension Program (CH24002).
The objectives of the services being sought are to:
• Increase industry understanding and adoption of best practice and emerging production and supply chain information in relation to R&D project outcomes and outputs
• Provide knowledge transfer to the chestnut industry value chain through targeted communication channels on research findings, best practice, emerging risks and opportunities
• Create a better-informed industry, contributing to improved farm productivity and chestnut quality across all business sizes of chestnut growers
• Promote understanding of the role of Hort Innovation and engagement with the national R&D programs to all chestnut levy payers
Hort Innovation has prepared a Request for Proposal (RFP) document that provides background information, outlines the scope of services, the procurement process and the information required from interested parties.
