Horticulture Innovation Australia (Hort Innovation) is a not-for-profit, grower-owned Research and Development Corporation (RDC) for Australia’s $17 billion horticulture industry. Hort Innovation invests around $154 million in research and development (R&D) and marketing programs annually to provide benefit to industry and the wider community.
Hort Innovation is seeking a suitably qualified, experienced and capable delivery partner for the project: Almond Industry Statistics and Benchmarking (AL25003).
The objectives of the services being sought are:
• The collection of accurate and robust almond industry data and statistics suitable for industry strategic planning activities and to demonstrate insight to industry
• Enable almond growers and stakeholders to make timely and effective decisions to aid in industry planning and resource prioritisation, providing a supportive operative environment for industry participants
• Facilitate industry sustainability positioning through the continued delivery of environmental sustainability credentials that will, once collected, provide credible industry data to monitor, as well as offer significant opportunities to assist with the marketing of Australian almonds
• Access to a relevant, robust and reliable longitudinal industry benchmark dataset and industry trends
Hort Innovation has prepared a Request for Proposal (RFP) document that provides background information, outlines the scope of services, the procurement process and the information required from interested parties.
