Hort Innovation is a not-for-profit, grower-owned Research and Development Corporation (RDC) for Australia’s $9 billion horticulture industry. Hort Innovation invests around $100 million in research and development (R&D) and marketing programs annually to provide benefit to industry and the wider community.

Hort Innovation is seeking a suitably qualified, experienced and capable delivery partner for the project: Summerfruit communications strategy development (SF17003).

The objectives of the services being sought are to help Hort Innovation
• Direct and inform the future of the summerfruit industry communications programme
• Support the new summerfruit Strategic Investment Plan (SIP)
• Increase engagement with the estimated 1200 enterprises linked to the summerfruit industry
• Analyse communication channels currently available within the industry and recommend a set of channel/s that will achieve the highest levels of engagement while offering value for the levy investment
• Identify key performance indicators within the communication strategy to measure increased grower database engagement and growth of the grower database.
