Request for Proposal: Citrus market development, market access and quality (CT18002)
Hort Innovation is a not-for-profit, grower-owned Research and Development Corporation (RDC) for Australia's $9 billion horticulture industry. Hort Innovation invests around $100 million in research and development (R&D) and marketing programs annually to provide benefit to industry and the wider community.
Hort Innovation is seeking a suitably qualified, experienced and capable delivery partner for the project: Citrus market development, market access and quality (CT18002).
This investment is separated into domestic and export focus with quality underpinning both markets. Hort Innovation is requesting delivery partners collaborate and look at each of these areas holistically. However, if there is a specific area that a service provider would like to focus on, submissions in response to a singular focus will also be reviewed.
The focus is on maintaining market access and quality standards and supporting the citrus industry achieve the market development and/or maintain the market access goals within the industry's export strategy:
• Export
• Domestic
• Quality.
Hort Innovation has prepared a Request for Proposal (RFP) document that provides background information, outlines the scope of services, the procurement process and the information required from interested parties. The closing date for responses is 5.00pm (AEDT), Wednesday 5 September, 2018.
