Horticulture Innovation Australia (Hort Innovation) is a not-for-profit, grower-owned Research and Development Corporation (RDC) for Australia’s $17 billion horticulture industry. Hort Innovation invests around $154 million in research and development (R&D) and marketing programs annually to provide benefit to industry and the wider community.
Hort Innovation is seeking a suitably qualified, experienced and capable delivery partner for the project:

The objectives of the services being sought are to undertake an independent assessment of the performance, quality of approach and identify opportunities for continuous improvement of seven industry development and extension projects.
Performance assessed as progress to date against the end of project performance measures (KPIs) listed in the project's Monitoring and Evaluation plan:
• To what extent has the project increased engagement and their understanding of the work of the levy with farmers and other key stakeholders?
• To what extent has the project improved consistency of national messaging?
• To what extent has the project improved resources for stakeholders, specifiers and growers?
• Has the project delivered outputs relevant to the industry?
• Are the recipients of the project outputs, participating and how successful they have been?
The quality of performance evaluated against the criteria set in the project's Monitoring and Evaluation plan (KEQs) within the five areas of: impact, effectiveness, appropriateness and legacy, testing assumptions and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Hort Innovation has prepared a Request for Proposal (RFP) document that provides background information, outlines the scope of services, the procurement process and the information required from interested parties.
