SPC wishes to invite eligible Individual Consultants to express their interest in providing their services for Programme Manager, full time position, for the Programme Support Unit (PSU). This Consultancy will be full time, until 30th November 2020, with 3 months' probationary period, subject to performance.
The Project Programme Manager will head the Programme Support Unit and will be responsible for the overall implementation of the regional activities of the PREP and delivery of implementation support of the country projects including team coordination, performance and reporting and the provision of implementation guidance to the Governments of Samoa and Tonga, the Pacific Islands Forum Secretariat (PIFS) and the Secretariat of the Pacific Community (SPC). The Programme Manager will report to the Director Geoscience Division, SPC.
