The Interim Internal Auditor will be required to provide internal audit services during the transition period, as well as assist as may be required, in the set-up of the in-house function. The services of the Interim Internal Auditor may be extended beyond the initial six months to provide the outsourced element of the new hybrid model, depending on their performance and the requirements of the SPC.
