SPC is looking for a Consultant that will undertake the following works :
1. Meet with SADTC in Solomon Islands to evaluate current financial and production status of the NGO
2. In consultation with SADTC develop a business plan with clear strategic ways forward for the business to grow and become sustainable, and to leverage funding opportunities.
3. Determine real cost of fingerling production and formulate strategies for cost recovery at realistic pricing.
4. Develop a fund raising proposal to leverage funds amounting to at least 40% contribution towards PacAqua project cost shared activities.
