Tender Details
SPC is seeking proposals from qualified technical experts to conduct a review of SPC Navision system and provide best options for meeting its current and future business system requirements in order to further strengthen the enabling environment for delivery of programs and implementation of project activities throughout the region.
SPC requires an appropriate solution that addresses all of the business requirements and work flow processes, helps to increase operational efficiency, builds donor confidence in our processes and systems, and maintains adequate level of controls within the organization in accordance with best practices to mitigate operational and financial risks.
SPC currently uses Dynamics NAV across the entire organisation. The current system is supported by the internal ICT division and the current vendor support is located in Suva.
The current Dynamics NAV system was implemented in 2008 with upgrades in 2014 & 2017. Dynamics NAV is currently used in Noumea (New Caledonia), Suva (Fiji), Pohnpei (Micronesia) and Honiara (Solomon Islands).
