Each consultant needs to be locally based in either French Polynesia, Palau or Vanuatu.
The consultant will undertake the following works:
1. Familiarize with documents submitted by the enterprise under RFP19/105, along with the Due-diligence and enterprise report templates provided by SPC.
2. Undertake a due-diligence visit to the respective enterprise, by setting up an appointment and physically visiting the operating premises of the enterprise. The due-diligence will include priority setting and budgetary clarification on assistance requested of the PacAqua project.
3. Arrange a meeting with the National Fisheries department,
4. Completion of due-diligence and enterprise reports, along with any additional background information on the enterprise.
