SPC seeks preferred suppliers that can provide one or more of the following ITSM Strategy and Enhancement Services.
2.1 Provide Strategic Advice on ITSM
2.2 Provide consultancy for future roadmap planning for ITSM
2.3 Provide End to End Services for Onboarding of other Departments in SPC to ITSM (Discovery through to implementation)
2.4 Collaborate with Technical Teams in SPC and provide expert advice of best practice
2.5 Implement Major and Minor Enhancements for ITSM as and when required.
2.6 Training of Technical Team on effective use and maintenance of ITSM Platform
In support of the areas above, the vendor should be able to produce a strong portfolio of past work and references from past clients. (should be in the evaluation criteria)
