PART B: TENDER SPECIFICATION
1. Preliminary and General
Tenders must include the following provisions in the Tender Price to:
a) Source, assemble, pack, label and deliver the specified materials and fittings (as outlined
in Annex II Part B2.1) below to Alofi, Niue.
b) Clearly label the materials and fittings and load as per agreed schedule.
c) Arrange and pay all costs, whether direct or indirect, associated with the sourcing, loading
and delivery to Sir Robert’s Wharf in Alofi, Niue.
d) Update the GCCA+ SUPA Project Manager on the delivery schedule particularly on the
arrival of the materials and fittings to Alofi, Niue.
The materials and fittings are to be delivered to Sir Robert’s Wharf in Alofi, Niue at the earliest
available opportunity and with the shortest lead-time. When the materials and fittings are
delivered, they will be inspected and cleared by the Niue GCCA+ SUPA National Coordinator onsite.
The bidder must not supply any second hand or used materials and fittings.
