The procurement of biomedical test equipment for PICTs is to strengthen medical equipment corrective and preventative maintenance in all healthcare facilities in the PICTs. These essential biomedical test equipment will assist the biomedical engineering unit to conduct their daily work. Most of the PICTs do not have these test equipment and are in dire need of them. This will improve their work efficiency and ensure that these medical equipment in service are safe for patient use.
